Chief of Staff / Events Producer

Brooke Gray

Brooke brings clarity where there's complexity and structure where there's momentum. She spent the last decade scaling Every Child from a single state initiative in Oregon into a multi-state movement — partnering with government agencies, nonprofits, and community leaders to build programs that last.

Catalyst Advisor

Jess Roncker

Jess has spent two decades making high-stakes environments feel seamless — from national tours with Carrie Underwood and Kacey Musgraves to community-scale public art and resilience projects in Cincinnati. She brings a Master's in Organizational Psychology to her production work, which means she's not just managing logistics — she's designing how people feel in the room.

Events Producer / VIP Experience

Brianna Gehring

Suzanna is one of kind. Her incredibly creative, brilliant and insightful talents make her a phenomenal asset to any organization. From the very beginning it was evident that Suzanna not only led with incredible wisdom, discernment and vision, she did all of this with a gentleness, kindness and awareness of the emotional needs of those she led.
