With over 15 years of leadership across global nonprofits, Fortune 500 tech, Governor-led Initiatives, and large-scale events, Suzanna brings a practical, people-first approach to growth. She has led strategy and production for over 110 events — including five global summits and campaigns that generated $70M+ in impact. Through Hendricks & Co, she partners with executive teams to build systems, culture, and experiences that move vision forward.
Suzanna believes how people are led matters as much as what they lead. She helps teams scale with clarity, consistency, and courage— shaping the culture behind the outcomes. She also serves on the board of Sanctuary Mental Health Ministries U.S. and is an advisor to Friends Life Community.

Her expertise spans building and scaling international programs to combat human trafficking, exploitation, and gender-based violence, working alongside organizations like the U.S. Department of State, International Justice Mission (IJM), and the Human Trafficking Institute.
Throughout her career, Brianna has led multi-million-dollar portfolios, designed high-impact programs across Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and the U.S., and served as a trusted advisor on foreign assistance strategy, grant management, nonprofit operations, and cross-sector partnerships. With a proven track record of growing program footprints by 50% and securing major federal funding, she excels in navigating complex ecosystems with both strategic precision and human-centered leadership.

Portland, ORBrooke is a process-minded relational executive leader who specializes in organizational growth. She loves to help bring clarity where it feels like chaos and to empower and support those serving the community to grow! Brooke is a builder who comes alongside clients to offer strategy and tangible support, whether understanding government systems, building new internal processes, identifying the steps necessary to roll out a new initiative, supporting internal culture, or building a new program.
Over the last 10 years, Brooke led a PNW-originated initiative called Every Child across the state of Oregon, then worked with child welfare government agencies and dozens of nonprofit and private agencies to launch Every Child in other states.

Jessica Roncker specializes in event production and leadership with a background that includes two decades of music tour management, community engagement, social advocacy, and a Master’s degree in Applied Community and Organizational Psychology.Jess manages small- and large-scale logistics and leads groups in a variety of contexts with the underlying goals of promoting the well-being of individuals, strengthening systems and relationships, and creating healthy, participatory environments—whether for Los Angeles or Nashville-based music acts (Carrie Underwood, Kacey Musgraves, American Idols Live, Spice Girls) or for an urban Cincinnati public art project, neighborhood climate resilience planning, or as a travel guide exploring national parks of the American West.

She has worked with a variety of nonprofits, including Invisible Children, IJM, One Purse, and Room in the Inn, bringing her passion and organizational talents to every project she touches. Gabby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She currently lives in Laurel, MS, where she works as a counselor, primarily serving kids and young women. With a natural knack for organization and project management, Gabby has also thrived in the events world, bringing calm, creativity, and care to every detail.

Los Angeles, CAChris Ritter is a Los Angeles-based designer and art director specializing in digital, print, and experiential storytelling. She brings over a decade of experience leading creative projects for top brands, including BuzzFeed, Jet.com, and Walmart.
At BuzzFeed, Chris shaped global editorial and branded content campaigns, art-directed photo shoots, and developed social media strategies that drove massive audience growth. At Walmart, she supported marketing and leadership teams by creating executive sales presentations and visual narratives.
